What type of chicken is this?

Hello, I purchased this chicken from tractor supply about three months ago. They had labeled it as a blue breasted bram leghorn but they said they were not sure if that was the breed. Any suggestions on what it is? Also, I’m still new to chickens but I think this one might be a cockerel.

Thank you for your response. I tried looking for that breed online and couldn’t find anything. I’ve actually never seen a chicken that looks like this.

Strange. I don’t think it exists. I have never heard of it, and when you look it up, all you get is a brown leghorn or blue red laced wyandotte.It is a cockerel though.

Yeah I also tried looking that breed up and got nothing. Maybe if I figure out where tractor supply got him from.

I think that writing might say blue breasted brown leghorn..

Maybe it's a project color as many hatcheries are doing these days it seems.. It does have white lobes, yellow shanks, and a straight comb as any leghorn should (rose comb variety being an exception).

Do you know if your TSC orders from Hoover's? That's where mine and many do.. but I don't believe it's truly company wide though. You can always call and ask!
