I'd love to see. Just had a chick hatch under my broody that looks very similar. Mom was white and dad is grey. Last year her chicks were all white....and roos. Lol. I'd be happy to give a guess on gender.

Lol ok I will. And I hope it's a she! I've never had Cochins before so this is all new to me, and I don't know how fast or big their combs grow. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed its a girl!

The first year I got chicks I had a black one that I was convinced was a roo. She's one of my best mama's now!!! I would think that the wattles would be darker red. But I could be wrong. Either way you'll love cochins. They are as sweet as they are fluffy.

Nice I have 2 both bantams the blue/lavender one above, and a gold laced...who is a bit older than the blue/lavender one. I hope they are both pullets.
