By the way here's a pic of my chicks. I'm fairly certain the darker one will be blue but they lighter had me stumped. They're currently being raised by my bantam cochin. She's a feisty mamma!

Awe thanks cochinfan05 ...I hope they are, if not I'll still keep them. But I really want hens so I can make tiny pickled eggs...and cute little fluffy butts like yours! and yours are soo fluffy omg! Soo cute, I'm jealous!

Hi wondering if you might beable to help be determine IF this is a cochin or a Brahma? i he/she is light and dark grey, i have two of them i've been calling the twins. i got a suprise pack from a hatchery and these little beauties were in there. they are soooo fluffy that i'm pretty sure they are cochins. any help would be great. Your chicks a so cute by the way!

Thanks a bunch! i have a couple more that i'd like conformation on as well. will post pics. they are not as fluffy so i'm thinking brahmas but would like to check. the black and Gold one i'm pretty sure is a Rooster.
the white feathery feet one i'm sure is a hen cochin, and the black and white one next to her i have 3 of and thinking maybe Brahma? it looks taller and has longer legs and neck. Thanks a bunch!

The top pic is a gold laced cochin...probably a roo.

And these are my guesses for the others...the white one with the black on its neck I'd have to see a better pic of to be sure ( but I gave my guesses for it anyways)

Awesome thanks! The white one it the back i believe is a Delaware chicken...it does not have feathery feet.
