We have ordered 4 emu eggs and were going to use our Dickey incubator to hatch them but that will tie up our hatching of chicks and peafowl. What kind of small bator is good for hatching the emu eggs? Such as LG, Brensia etc. Please help they will be here in 2 weeks.
Thanks
Rita

I'm using three incubators for my emu eggs

Reptipro 5000

a modified LG

and a Brinsea eco 20

Hi! Finally Ive found someone willing to hatch emus in a smaller incubator. Im wondering if your eggs in the brinsea hatched?! im currently a senior in high school and that is what we are planning on doing and I was wondering if it would even work.

some of them did.. but I moved them to a different incubator as soon as I saw the first crack in the egg to allow the emu chicks more room (just not much headroom or stretching room in a Brinsea... plus Brinseas are notoriously unreliable bators)... this year I am using a coolerbator which has plenty of room
