He's not a silkie. He's either a satin, which is a different breed that is bred to have all the same traits as a silkie except the silked feathers (although many people breed silkies and satins together with one another) or a silkie mix.

Satins are technically Silkie projects/mixes since it's impossible to have them recognized as their own seperate breed, but Satin is what you would call this rooster.
He's a mix of colours, blue included
