Besides his foot are there any other wounds? He doesn't look too well, I'd separate him into a warm/dry dog kennel for now with some food and water.
his wing was scraped, he don’t know if it was an animal that scraped him while the attack or if it happened when he was trying to get out of the pond. all i know is he was attacked while swimming and couldn’t get out of the water. this happened in the morning so i don’t know how long he was there until we found him. he was shaking and was almost completely under water besides his head.

Can he walk on his leg? The first thing that comes to mind is a snapper.
no he can’t, but they’ve been swimming on this pond for a year, and i‘be never seen any turtles. it’s a locked pond so nobody besides us can go into it so i don’t know how it would get in.

It could also be an aerial predator as well, keep him inside for a while and closely monitor his symptoms. Is he eating and drinking?
he takes a few sips of water every hour. he ate probably 30(?) pieces of corn, a few bites of duck food, and a tiny bit of mealworms. we are keeping him indoors until he is fully healed but i am worried about the other ducks because we cannot bring 4 healthy ducks inside and i don’t want something to get them

Good!

It's hard to tell what attacked him, do Canada geese hang around your pond? Most likely it will be back, Is there any way you can get those ducks in a safe area away from the pond?
