What was your worst job?

Shift Supervisor at Aldis grocery store... They worked us to death (and I mean literaly to death) Had 6 employees go to the hospital for exhaustion in 4 months... Pay was awful for the work you did.. Had horrible, lazy coworkers.. I worked for 2 months every day in the freezer with bronchitis, would have to run out of the freezer every ten to fifteen minutes to cough til I threw up.. Then was accused of theft after saving the company thousands of dollars.. Why would I wait 3 yrs to steal from them?? and oh yeah with 16 cameras on me???

The good thing is I won the fight and they had to pay.. So its not all bad...

Working at Granite City Food and Brewery HATED IT!! I have never worked at a place that yells and screams and belittles employees more in my life. Moved 4 hours from home to work there and walked out after 10 days.

Deli Manager at Dillions. They never hired anybody but college students who wanted beer money and paid them peanuts and the turnover was very high, so I had to pull overtime all week all the time. Plus the fact that I was vegetarian and had to fry chicken(s) all day, and never really got to see my boys. The company also "tops you out" pay wise, so your pretty much screwed after your first and only raise even though you deserve much more! I rocked at that job, they loved me but I only stayed to help buy our home that we have now. The whole time was like working in hell. But now I own my own 2 businesses and am very grateful I get to be with my kids all the time. Man that felt good to get that off my chest!

Tough one, but I guess I'll have to say packing corn for a male chauvinist farmer.

It was just 1 summer when I was a kid, but it sucks doing a lot of hard work and getting paid like crap just because you are a girl.

When I was a kid I had two bad jobs.
One was picking daffodils.......horrible, mud, backbreaking
The other was a Chambermaid at a high end tourist hotel. People can be disgusting, some of the stuff left behind has to be deliberate. I am sure they flush their own toilets at home. Lasted a summer, made enough to buy a car.
