What waterer do you use?

What type of waterer do you use for quail? Pros and/or cons? I was reading up on them and can't decide between a rabbit waterer or a pop bottle waterer.

I buy nipple from amazon, rent a coop brand. I attach them to large plastic containers, like big pretzel jugs.

I got these for my new covey and they work great, both the feeder and drinker. Expensive, but good quality and they work really well for my quail (I have 9 and top up the water every 3-4 days).

I use horizontal poultry nipples. They're installed on a 5 gallon bucket with a lid.

I use the plastic ones from Tractor Supply. I'd like to set up a water system but I'd have to swap it out in the winter because of the cold so I just use these. I have 2 sets so that I can swap them out morning and night because they freeze.

I also recommend horizontal nipples. Mess free, spill proof watering.

I was wondering about this as well, as we too have cold winters. So just the small plastic waterers (the link was just to the TSC site not a product).

I use soda bottle cups and I'm in the process of building more nipple waterers. I like the nipple waterers because they don't end up with dirt in them.

I start with the small bottom in the brooder then go to the big one once they get a little bigger.
