Could be any number of reasons and sometimes things just happen. Had a liter of pups years ago, 7 perfect and one with its insides on the outside . As they say S---- happens. You should put it down if you haven't already

I have, by the way it was acting there was nothing I can do and it thrive. Just curious as to what happened and what was wrong.
