what will happen when they mix

Hi all,
I am thinking of starting a hatchery sort pf business for the summer as im low on money i know a lad i can get a good 65 egg incubator for 75€ i have a few questions
1 i currently have 4 RIRs and 3 Light SUssexs (1 is currently on day 16 of sitting on 10 eggs) i also have a mixed breed cockerel i am wondering what will my chicks look like will they still look like RIR or light sussexs ? Or should i get rid of my mixed breed cock and focus on breeding 1 breed not a mix

If you can get a Rhode Island red male, you cross him with the sussex and the chicks will be sex links. Males have white down and females have red down. Cross the Rhode island red with the rhode island red and sell straight run rhode island red.

I can not predict the chicks phenotypes ( traits of the chicks) if I do not know the genetics of the rooster.
