What will I get from an EE roo and a pink laying EE hen?

Bah! My beautiful EE just layed her first egg and its pink!!! I have an EE roo (not sure if he has the blue egg gene or not) assuming he has the blue egg gene...if I was to hatch a pink egg at some point would the offspring only lay pink eggs or could it lay blue?

Impossible to know with EEs. You would have to try and see what happens! Good luck.

Some where north Iowa. I have a friend who got them for her farm and I "inherited" them!
