What will these spotted babies turn out like? we just hatched them and we had an easter egger roo but a mix of different hens, none of them being white. The only whitish hens we have are sapphire splash but just recently started laying.

We have isa browns, Rhode islands, black jersey giants, cinnamon queens, all matured adults! Then the sapphires just started laying, and a few younger breeds not laying! We have over 100 hens, around 50 laying but the sapphires would've just started which is why we're puzzled

I had a Paint Silkie and he threw white/paint chicks with a splash blue red laced wyandotte hen. I always knew which hen's babies they were because his colour was Dominant White which covers less dominant colours. When he mated the gold laced Polish, his chicks were all black or gold laced.

You could post on the genetics thread, they are very knowledgeable over there.

EEs have unknown genes in their parentage, so you could have anything pop up.
