I made pumpkin muffins in August, and pumpkin bars just this past week. His next request is pumpkin cornbread!

Oh, that would be awesome! I'm planing out my garden too! Have a few last flowers blooming.

Same. It's been so hot and dry that what's left is ready to give up.

I made the cornbread last winter, with polenta instead of cornmeal actually, and it's made in a cast iron skillet. It was really good!

1-Cut and stack firewood for the wood stove (hubby - cutting and stacking / me - stacking)
2-Clean out my storage room in the coop
3-Change our bed spread for cooler weather (will do this in November)
4-Take a mini-vacation with my mom end of October
5-Figure out what I’m going to do with two banty cockerels before winter
6-Lose Weight
Because, as my husband puts it,“Eatin’ season is coming up!”
So, I put him on a diet with me.

That is gorgeous! All my sunflowers were killed by chipmunks this year

I’m hoping to take a lot of pictures.

I have yet to try editing any pictures so I might try a tiny bit of that too. Maybe. Depends on how much I procrastinate my homework
