What WON'T your chickens eat?

My chickens will eat every thing but a banana. They see the yellow thing in my hand and begin screeching. Like little kids with attitudes. My ducks on the other hand love them.

My chickens eat pretty much anything but those little leaves that look like lily pads all sorts of peppers and carrots spinach and last but not least avocado I haven't tried pumpkin on them yet but good idea they love banana weirdly the odd thing is they will eat carrots if I shred them

You know my girls are not very picky there's one chicken that will scream if she sees wet in her plate and will grab it and run away as fast as she can then she'll bury it and come back to it later my one chicken is named after her favorite fruit

Cantaloupe!!
I took some to them one day, and you’d have thought I was feeding them rat poison the way they acted!! They looked at me with such disappointment after thinking I had a yummy treat.

Iceberg Lettuce & onions.
They'll clean out citrus leaving the rind and the goats eat that....

Peach peel. They’ll scarf down anything they lay their eyes on, except peach peel and stink bugs

Stink bugs make sense. When swallowed, they emit a gas that'll make even a frog spit them out. Lol

So far they don't eat okra and strawberries

I have to chop up the okra, then they eat the seeds.

I guess mine are not picky, nothing I bring them gets wasted or ignored! What's really funny is when I toss something amidst the group, and it's a mad race by all to get it 1st, the one who gets it either chugs it down before anyone else can steal it, or runs off to a more private spot, then drops it to see what the heck it is, then promptly scarfs it down before other chickens see the goody, too. They are greedy & hilarious!

I thought chickens weren't supposed to eat citrus?
