I can say I have done that, I've also scrambled and given them back to the birds that were wormed. I also have ignored the withdrawl time and continued to use the eggs. There aren't a lot of studies to show how much wormer residue is in eggs or for how long, so depends on how concerned you are. I personally don't worry about it and it's never caused an issue. If you are concerned, then I would just toss the eggs completely to be 100% safe during the withdrawl period.
