I do not think it's an internsl parasite.

Like I said, I’m no expert.
But why would it be undigested if it’s a grub?

Maggot maybe?
Was it in the poop? Can you check out the bird that pooped and inspect her rear end for maggots - make sure to look underneath her vent feathers, etc. Check her really well.
