and how do I treat a flock of 40?
I have read a small piece of bread with medicine on it and that seems easier than by mouth with syringe. We’ve had a lot of rain so in the water wouldn’t guarantee they would drink it. Also I sell and give away the eggs so I won’t be able to do that for 2 weeks? Are they ok to eat before I treat with the medicine? I just delivered them yesterday
a fecal test isn’t an option so what medicine would I use?
thanks
Connie
Buy a bottle of Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer and dose each bird orally 1/2ml using a syringe without a needle. Repeat again in 10-14 days. Since you sell and give away eggs, withhold eggs between the first dosing and second dosing as well 14 days after the second dosing.
