What would a Black Cochin Bantam crossed with a White Cochin Bantam look like?

Black and White typically mask other color genetics, but in answer to your question about mottled, no they will not produce mottled unless the mottled gene presently exists in your flock. I crossed large black males over white females to produce whites because I couldn't find any large white males, the resulting chicks came in various colors: black, white, blue and brown red. Whites produced from this cross will have varied colors of legs including: willow, blue and yellow; it will take some time to correct the leg color back to pure yellow but it can be done.
