My "dream flock" is in the making as we speak!!! Will take years to perfect though!!! I really don't care...it's just a backyard hobby for me at this point and I'm taking it as it comes!

My "dream flock" (this week anyway...always subject to change) would be pretty pretty birds that give me a colorful basket of eggs and come running to snuggle with me!!! Where ever that leads me breed wise who knows???

Currently I have 4 Buff Orpie Girls, 3 Giant Cochin Girls, 3 banty frizz girls, 2 banty frizz roos, 1 giant cochin roo. (also have splash & cuckoo silky eggs in the bator and cuckoo marans & speckled sussex chicks on the way in Feb) The only color egg I will be missing is blue, gree, and olive and I think Ameraucanas and olive eggers could fill in that gap for me....(but I may have to wait till next year for them) Ok...so now it's OFFICIAL that you KNOW I'm the CRAZY chicken Lady!!!
