"What the cluck is going on here." At least once a week they invent a new problem for me to solve, but I wouldn't change a thing about them. They keep things interesting and there's rarely a dull day.

I do have a few cockerels in my “littles” flock, but I downsized to just one rooster in my “bigs” flock.
And wow!
I would say it’s more a song than a catchphrase.
“Ladies and Gentleman, this is Mambo #5.”

I immediately heard the song in my head and imagined the cockerels dancing along

Edit: Next time I'm doing work in the yard I'll have to play it on my portable speaker and see if they crow along, lol.

There are days I wish I'd just stuck with the orginal 10, but there are others when a lap full of chicks makes all the rest of the insanity worth it.
