Mille Fleur is a variety and not a breed. What breed? Also what variety Sebright (Golden or Silver)?
For the hen -
Belgium quail, Do you mean a Antwerp that is a Quail pattern, or was it a d'Uccle or Sabelpoots (Booted Bantams) all three are Belgium and can come in the Quail pattern.

And Belgium Quail as the common name for Antwerp.
