Re-read what Bantymum said about waiting until the next time the dog is trespassing on your private property, then quick call your friends or another available friend to quick come get him.
You can even choose not to be at home when they come, or just turn your back (like Bantymum suggested) so you can claim that you didn't see anything after you told the dog to get on home.
You care for dogs and their happiness, and sometimes that can make a person more miserable than they deserve. Try to get some rest.
