If he's really perfect and I breed that breed and colour I'm willing to pay €80 (that's the average price for very good birds during national chicken shows). I'd drive only the amount of miles that allows me to go there and return home in one day, maximum two (one for go, and the next day take the chicken and return home)

If I did breed those, I probably wouldn't go over $50 my first roo. But if somebody offered me a Nankin roo that I really liked, I would pay $60 or $70 for it, but only if it was something I could drive to get. I wouldn't pay that much and then pay 100 to ship it at the same time.
