What wrong with my chick?

I have a 3 day old chick that isn’t acting right.Yesterday he was just chirping a lot and wanting to be by the heat. Today he can’t walk and keeps falling over, one of his legs is up by his belly and a reddish color, very different from the other foot. Any idea what is wrong with him and what to do or is he too far gone? Thanks

Yes, I think so

I think it's a slipped tendon, but would need a better picture to confirm. It would be a condition that will need treatment in the first 24rs.
