I got my soaps, bags and paint set today. Thank you! Now I am going to make my gift baskets for family and get them mailed out. BHEP and SONEW got your packages mailed out yesterday. Have to run out to the car and get your DC#s. Spent the morning cleaning out chicken coops, and spreading new wood chips. Trying to take inventory of chicks and deciding what I have and what is staying and how many more coops I will need. Got 2 new coops over the past 2 weeks. Hve to make a few changes to them. Different ladders, better ventilation, bigger entry doors. Oh and adding 1/2 wire around the bottom to keep out pests. But probably need 4 more. Think I will wait till hubby goes on work trip to DC. He is not big on carpentry work. SO I am thinking my sister and I can knock it out. LOL In the 80s here in AR, hope everyone is having a great weather day too.

I got the dog bed cover from InnerWolfBatik and the zebra stuff from farmerChef today

I think I jinxed myself about the eggs in lockdown-- so far just 3 RIR and r silkies (1 white 2 black 2 blue) plus my last AS chick. I'll leave the rest another day but it never seems to come of anything, we'll see.

I've caught a cold from those darn students...

Showgirls so far. I cannot tell but I think one of the BLRW's that was doing the wiggle has a pip. If so he/she is slightly early...cheekychickie
 
I had a chick hatch tonight, egg was marked RP. I am sitting there trying to figure out why a white silkie chick was marked RP and I remembered those eggs I got from Reese Poultry, that I marked so I would know which were hers. Mystery solved:) thanks, Michelle
