Thats Einsteiners...Shes 4 ...no longer lays but is the best broody momma ever!!!!! I couldnt wait to get those eggs to slip under her...right on time she went broody a few days before your eggs got here...Put 6 under her!!! She nuzzled right up!!!

That is so awesome that she broods still. She's beautiful.

I saw one that was hot pink once, but I can't find it either. She was a house chicken that went everywhere with her 'Mom'

Ok Update. Mommy brought the babies out. 16 hatched but only 14 made it I found 2 squished in the nest. So I have 6 Black Pied, 3 Whites & 5 Chocolates. The 2 squished were a white and a black pied. Also checked the other waiting to be mommies and there is another nest of babies hatching under another broody mom.

I can't believe that there are actually some clean ducks out there.

Calls and the Muscovy are very clean ducks compared to some other breeds of ducks. I just love them. I will be keeping some of the babies for myself and selling the older full grown adults this year.

Does anyone know at what age muscovy's start to lay and are mature. Is it a year or 2 years.

I can't find anything on it on the internet.

I reposted my plushies in the BST section, how do i know if my GFM has expired or not, as it wont let me list another auction so i think it may be expired?
SIGH.... well thats frustrating.
