I don't know, where did you see people handling gloves holding chickens, the only time I ever saw that was in China when the bird flu was going around. Maybe if the person is immunio compromised? There is some respiratory stuff you can get from chickens I think.

I cant remmber exact posts but the last time I saw it it was when I was reading what breed and gender is this type stuff I look through some of it every day cause there is useually pictures of chickens and who dosnt want to see chickens lol

I have seen a few pics with people wearing work gloves. It's not common tho. I have been scratched by my WFBS because they are just a bit flighty when you first get ahold of them, so maybe that is why?
