Hen I think it was you I got the quail eggs from this last time .. I just wanted to say thanks so much , ended up with 10 hatched but the runt managed to drown himself after about 2 days no idea how as it was a small chick waterer and it was full of marbles and they had to drink inbetewwn the marbles . OF the nine I have left they are little eating and pooping monsters lol I swear they grow over night. There seems to be at least 3 diffrent colors to as far as I can tell, normal , yellow , and one that looks sorta penguin like as well as one that seems like a normal color but instead of dark colors they are more coffee or carmalelly . We shalll see. THanks so much

Ill get new photos soon , right now they hate me and are also looking like little zombie quails with tons of pin feathers and fluff standing at odd angles lol.

I can't get my Drinking Water nipples to work right. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong. All of mine leak and it says they aren't supposed too.

I put a hole in the bottle then I put the nipple in the hole and glue around it. The water don't leak around the glue it just keeps leaking out of where the water is supposed to be coming out of.

Don't know if this is the cause. I don't have the nipples, though I'd like to get them.

I saw in a YouTube video where a man had put them into a 3/4" pipe and said that they dripped and so he increased the pipe size to 1-1/2". He said it provided more pressure to shut off the little valve thing and that now they leak extremely little. He keeps some sort of pan underneath so his floor doesn't get wet.

The 2nd is a sizzle. Black sizzle hen x Blue Polish rooster (I have one just like this with a NN)
The 3rd is a Frizzled EE. NNEE hen x Frizzled Bantam Cochin.

Just wanted to update.... I am finally through with the funerals and my wedding was saturday so now that it is all over with I should be shipping out the swaps I still owe to a couple people.... I really really appreciate all of your understanding and willingness to wait. It was definatley an immotional 2 weeks for me, full of all sorts of ups and downs and surprises both good and bad..... Today we are triple digits and I am so exhausted from the busy weekend but I am hoping to be able to just relax the rest of the day and then to get to the PO tomorrow morning before it gets to hot and get them sent off!
