Ok, She has 1 bank account and I don't think she has much in it and she doesn't drive. She has never had a driver license. She only gets a Little over $900 a month from my grandpa's vetienam (spelling) money. She doesn't own a home or even have an appartment. She pretty much doesn't own anything.
Then you're pretty safe. I would go apply for Medicaid first time you get a chance. I am a social worker, so I know that these processes can take a long time. Thankfully, I'm almost done with my MSW, so I'll be doing counseling rather than access services. Best of luck!!!

Just had to show everyone my new additions to my chicken family

Aren't they just beautiful. I just got this starter flock of Icelandics yesterday and already I am in love with them! Their hardiness and color variations are a winner for me. I am so thankful for chicken people who share their birds and their knowledge with others. The roo is so much more beautiful in person! They just finished a molt, so they arent laying currently, but I plan on enlarging this little flock with the help of my incubator.

If your Icelandic hens are anything like mine......

.........you won't need an incubator!! They'll hatch and raise theirs and any others you want them to! Congrats on a beautiful flock. Who did you get them from?
