I have bunches of stuff besides jams and jellies. Everything from canned venison with potatoes and onions, deer jerky, foraged butternuts (white walnuts), black walnuts, dried mushrooms (oyster and golden chanterelles) and this week I have several logs of summer sausage going in the smoke house if it doesnt snow. I'm also going to be smoking other stuff (salt, nuts, olives, cheese etc). I also have the vintage hand blown 1/2 gallon blue mason jars with the never used rubber gasket and aluminum lids. That's just a sample. I really need to make a list. Lol
