My packages will ship tomorrow - I owe Ruthless, Coldupnorth and Braclin. Will post DC# in the afternoon. Used all 3 swaps already

gonna be a long week.

Hatched out 10 chicks today. 6- EEs and 4- Sizzles from Beth. The sizzles are an amazing color, almost silvery. Here is a real bad pic, it's too dark in the room and they are standing on brooder with light under.

Have 3 Frizzles from Amy in lockdown, one just started wiggling so they are right on schedule.

I hatched 2 sizzles, the same color. The hens are black sizzles & the rooster is blue splash silkie. I have to admit...the combo was my youngest DD idea.

My DS has next choice....sizzle hen X Silver Laced Polish.

Aspen... I can do a combo for you Sizzles & Serama eggs if you are interested.

I should have eggs from sonew & emvickery hopefully tomorrow. My incubator has 2 sizzle eggs all lonesome.

I will be added in some of my EEs and sizzles.


I have 4 boxes of eggs going out today.... jenlyn, meepitqueenie, groundpecker & mrheinz. IF I MISSED ANYONE........ PLEASE REMIND ME!!!!!!!
I have lists everywhere I need a better system.

Well I ended up with 8 babies from the quail eggs. I had to help the last little guy and he seems very weak so I'm not sure he will make it. I doubt anymore are gonna hatch but I'm leaving them a dayor two longer just in case. I think that's a pretty good hatch considering my mail lady's delivery method. My FIL next door saw her pull up in the drive way. She was too scared of my dog (great pyraneese who wouldnt hurt a flea) to get out so she pulled up as close to the truck(which had the window down) as she could and then threw the box of quail eggs through the window into the truck and left.

I really thought none would wanna hatch after that but sure enough I have 8 babies that are cute as can be.

No, no, no. That's not a stall more like a hiccup. Sometimes the thread goes really super fast and that it slows down. Right now people are getting on with their day then they'll come back to check.
