anyone have some MF D'Uccle eggs, or MF OEGB eggs about that time? Hmmmm do people really have eggs around 11 of December?

anderson... all you need to due is set eggs on Dec 11th at noon your time. Then just follow along. There will be contests with prizes. And lots of chit chat etc. There is a spread sheet to fill out, click on the link on post # 1. You can do that when you know what & how many you set. I think last New Years something like 2000 chicks were hatched.

what does one do when they havent received the goods.
Ive pm but have not received any answer in return.
I would love to get the goods just not make a big deal out of it.

I havent seen anything about this person having any thing that may cause a delay in sending.
I claimed it back in middle of october.
????

Oh wow your kidding. My problem is I can only have so many chicken houses and runs. My D'Uccle needs a few hens, My OEGB needs a rooster, I have 16 polish in the bator now and an adult pair, plenty of production reds, barred rocks and a lone silkie to young to know if male or female. I am going to go into HERITAGE Rhode Island Reds but no more different breeds. I know I say that now but I really need to try.

I have probably at least 100 but since most hatched this summer, they are too young to lay yet. I'm getting 4-5 Ia Blue eggs a day and 1 crossbred. The EE layed one 4 days ago and hasn't laid since. I also have another laying. I think it is a pullet based on the shape but Deb isn't sure as it is pretty light. I keep hoping some start laying. I had a Welsummer sitting on the ground last night for quite a while. I then scooped her up and put her in the nest. She sat there for 45 minutes clucking away. I hope she lays soon. I love those dark speckled eggs.

Does anybody have bantam Wyandottes? How old are they when they lay? I've never really had bantams before so I don't know if they lay about the same age as LF. Mine are pushing 16 weeks now.
