My standard Cochins turned 6 Months old last Month and still no eggs but the roosters have been crowing for 2 months. Also have been dancing around the girls. I think I need to squeeze them.

Been trying to sell them but no luck. So at least they can start laying eggs so I can swap them.

I have 3 Lemon Blue Girls & 2 Blue Barred Roos. I thought 1 Blue barred roo was a girl until it crowed.

eek, what a week! One of my Jersey Giant pullets finally started laying, its funny, her pullet egg is the size of a small egg, not a pullet bullet. One of my sisters drained my power tools so I couldn't finish the new coop on thursday before I went out of town for the day yesterday. I forgot to put extra water in the incubator so when I got home a half hour ago I found 2 pips and humidity in the high 40s...we'll see if they need help tomorrow night. LAst hatch till spring, I swear....even though I want shelly's eggs...
