They are by far my best layers besides my Sexlinks.

I got another egg from my Mottled pen today and my Standard cochins lay everyday. No slackers here anymore not in any pens.

I wish they made a quail size Eggies

So I can boil them shell less. Once I fill all my orders that I have left to fill it will be time to start making pickled eggs out of them. I feel they are too little to send out in this weather. I am afraid they will freeze before they get to the person with the cold weather coming upon us.

I just bought eggies! I have only used them once, but I love them. The family finally ate all the boiled eggs! I usually have to peel them for everyone, otherwise they sit in the refrigerator forever. If I get some quail out of my hatching, I'll def try eggies with their eggs (someday). Probably could fit 4-5 easy in an eggie.
