Oh me too. That's why I love buying from her!!!!♥ You know I have been hatching for quite a while now. I think I have the hang of it but I wonder sometime if I should try the dry hatch method one time to see if it raises my hatch percentage. It breaks my heart when I see a few that develop but don't hatch out. I understand about the PO banging aound boxes and you will alway have some that won't be ferilile or something.

It's like one little RIR today was chirping in the egg and I just kept telling myself, ok he is only one day over due... don't touch, But tonight I checked on him and he did not even break the shell and stopped chirping and no movement. My last liitle guy, so I opened him up and he was dead. His mouth was wide open and I wondered, should I have tried to open it and help him?

I guess you never really know for sure. Anyway, my real reason for putting it on this thread is because I bought almost all the eggs from you guys and I wanted to let you know I did get 60% and they are fantastic, healthy, strong, awesome little chicks. And I just couldn't be a prouder momma. I am almost done with the baby chick business in about 45 days and I can start getting some sleep at night

You know once they are hatched they are large and in charge and it's pretty much smooth sailing.

reesepoultry: of the 4 eggs that went into lockdown, I got 3 beautiful yellow & grey chicks, EEs for me! The fourth quit a few days ago it looks like. All eggs were fertile that you sent though, awesome. Can't wait for my own light blue eggs...

Anyone ever get eggs from Halo? Really cute Blue Rocks!!! Here is the light yellow-blue, other ones are more blue-grey. Oh, and that's one of groundpecker's quail butts in the pic, too.
