I hatched 2 of Jim's mystery eggs no NN

LOL I did get 2 beautiful chicks, I will get pics tomorrow.

I also got NN from Nava here on swap. Only 2 hatched, the PO shook the up.

They are too cute. I have several running around here, I just adore them.

Oh, Valentine's hatch. I don't wanna... but, my coop builder came by today to get measurements for #3 and he fell in LOVE with the Golden Laced Cochins... and I have these GLC eggs sitting here.... I don't wanna.... I need a break, the incubator as only been unplugged for 3 days...

Yep! We love our Cooper

Its amazing how fast they grow! He was so funny today and desperate to play. He kept asking one of my Buff Orps to play and she just kept walking away from him. Yap, Yap Yap - Bock, Bock? She wasn't scared of him, but then again, she does have a few behavioral problems caused from a head injury (mean roo). It was quite funny in person

I set some Turkey eggs for a friend a week ago. I set 5 of my egg under a broody yesterday. Can't waste a broody.

Today I added 8 more of my eggs to the Turkey eggs in my little Brinsea . They are test eggs, for a project. I am checking for fertility and color.
But I am getting eggs from the egg swap, hatching them for a friend and the Brinsea is too small, so I have to turn on the big bator. Then of course I will have to add a few eggs of my own. And them our b-day hatch is right around the corner.

Henthymes: I may have missed it, did you ever say what breed your goats are? Isn't it amazing that all FOUR of them were inside at the same time? How did they ever fit?

I can't remember if I ever said what they are??? Mom is a large pygmy and dad is a registered Kiko. When we bought mom last year she came with two month girls on her side that are half boer. Our goal is to sell some babies and raise enough funds to buy a couple of registered Kiko does.

Of course mama pygmy stays.
