Glad you all got your items safely! I got the shoes and egg coddler yesterday-thank you so much! Olivia and Sophie both love the pink clogs, and have been taking turns wearing them around the house. I have been down with another bug-I am so ready for Spring! I have gotten everything that is going around this winter, and then some!

I had one just like that. Too funny. Seemed healthy and perky. But she always slept on her back and away from the group. Evey time I went to check on them I thought she was dead. I would go to pick her up and she flipped over and took off running. It was alarming. She is still smaller than the rest but very spunky and can run circles around her plumper chicks friends. @Reese - I love your new sweetie chicks!!!

Oh Yes - KYtinpusher - I am not sure what you are feeding your barred rocks. I even thought maybe these were Jersey Giants but 2 eggs hatch 3 days early and they were so FAT and heavy. I thought for sure I was seeing things. I don't think I have ever had an overweight chick before. Maybe it's water weight

Okay she is on the left in this picture. She was born yesterday morning. Beside her is a miniature silkie born 3 weeks ago. The silkie was the same size as the serama when born. Now they are larger than she in by double. This morning the BR weighed 2.2 oz and the silkie weighed 1 1/2 oz. Plump is beautiful too.

Now I am only posting the next picture because almost all the chickens in these pics are from you all. And they are wonderful! They are 3 weeks older and some older by a few days. Ever wonder what the are doing when you are not looking. Yup, the chicken dance.

wish I had another pair of those leopard clogs so each little one had her own pair. I don't even know where they came from, they were a gift from MIL to DD.

the clutch in his truck is messed up. After replacing both master and slave cylinder it still won't hold fluid...he is not a happy camper. He is a 'mister fix-it', nothing he can't fix, so when something vexes him he is a bit grumpy.

It hatched..... Awww..... I am so glad. It took after it's daddy then if it is barred. It's daddy was gorgeous. They went to live with Aaron he is here on backyard chickens. I traded him them and some bantam cochin chicks for 13 Serama. I know he gave them a good home. He drove 2 hours to get here. Hubby would never let me drive that far away to get chickens.

202roosterlane - Glad to hear your BR are hatching!

Their parents are well fed. We drive a hour down to Louisville to buy their organic feed at a store where they grind and mix their own so we know it is fresh. They also get lots of healthy treats - they love kefir! Love the pics!

HenThymes - I now have 4 OE and 4 EE hatched.

Still waiting on the last two.

I'll post pics when I get them out of the incubator.

Bhep: Just put the second batch of serama eggs in the hatching tray 6 made it to lockdown.

1 of my serama eggs that I threw in the bator to see if they were fertile is in there too can't wait to see what hatches.
