You might want to join the Easter hatch. This thread is getting ready to hatch theirs. But feel free to join in. If you need eggs, I always have lots.

I know what you mean. I sent eggs out on Monday going to Arkansas - one state to the WEST. So far the eggs have been to Maryland and North Carolina. Now wonder the PO is in so much trouble financially. I think the powers that be need a mandatory lesson in geography!

I am so mad at the post office right now.

First they didnt move my package anywhere for 2 days then they miss sent my eggs from emvickrey 3 times now, so I call them I give them the info to do an advanced track and they said "oh... well you look at that, your right..." so they said sorry and gave me my expected delivery which is next tuesday, because they have to have a valentines day off so my eggs will be atleast 7 days old when I get them. I think that if they want us to keep using them then they should atleast give us good service.

What other options do I have for shipping???

WOW!!!! Makes me want to hoard my GLCs until March......

I have to tell you....... On Jan. 28th , I set 14 eggs that had been sitting on my kitchen counter, the oldest egg dated the 6th of Jan. Keep in mind, these eggs sat in the carton, never turned double stacked and got junk on them from the crock pot overflow and whatever else.... ANYway........... I candled & removed 1, ONE egg dated 1/8. All the rest are developing !!!! The oldest eggs set was 22 days old !!!!!!

Does anyone have any fondue pots that they don't want anymore? I think it would be so much fun to have a fondue party for my family, but I only have one pot with forks. I would be interested in side swapping, if you do. I have RP turkeys, B/B/S Orps (neither of which are laying yet, but I could send them when they do start laying), anything on my swap page, or I can sew or bake something for you.
