I recieved CrazyCatNChickenLady's eggs today.

There were I think 4 brown ones that I dont know what are.

CrazycatNChickenLady could you tell me what these are?

Still havent recieved eggs from emvickrey I think the P.O lost them,

I called today and gave them the confirmation # and they said no number existed at this time.

i double checked that the # I gave her was accurate 3 times too.

I guess no sizzles or white silkies for me.

will wait until Monday like the lady said to do and hope.

You passed on my R.A.K. right back to me. What a sweetie, you shouldn't have!! I already got an awesomer than awesome chicken fan from you.

Anyway, it really made me smile, almost cry, because I've been having a really really tough week physically. Thank you from my heart.

(Okay, I did cry, I'm sappy right now, it wasn't just because the dog just farted while lying under my desk....)

Anyone: Has anyone figured out why photos taken with your camera up and down instead of sideways come out crooked on this BYC? I turn them in my photo editor, upload, and they're sideways!

MrHeinz: Here's the crazy NNs from your eggs. The blond and redhead are the welsummers. Black is mystery egg.

Could you possibly have a trio here? The Wellie cross up front looks like a boy comb but the other looks smaller in the picture. The EE could be a pullet too.

Just opened the eggs from CrazyCatNChickenLady from this morning after letting them set and only 1 is cracked I am so happy. ( except for the dumb P.O losing My other shipment of eggs)

I saved the redhead during hatching, he's got crazy feathers right now. They make me laugh.

I got my box of egg from Bhep today!!!! Thanks Beth, they all arrived in wonderful condition and the colors are amazing!!!

Does anyone else have to keep thier baby chicke seramas aways from the others. I say babies. They are 4 weeks old (were) and a few of them let everyone squish them to death last night. And one of the had thier feather pecked off. What is that about? The coop is easy 65-70 even in the middle of the night. And they have more than enough room, I only have 13 in that space. It's 3 ft X 8 foot. Is that too small for small chicks? I am glad I keep the even smaller one in the house. I was hoping to keep them in the coop for 2 more weeks. But now I am not sure.

Would anybody be interested in some test eggs? These are sizzle eggs. I have 5 that came from 2 smooth sizzle pullets. The roo is the same roo that produced the pullets, he's a grey silkie. The ladies one is white with a few black spots and the other is gold laced. I also have a couple oegb/btb jap eggs. I've hatched a couple of these and the chicks are black with yellow breast and dark legs. They're just a few days old but they didn't zip themselves. I stepped in and done it for them. Im guessing because they're legs are short. They are very cute but still muts and I actually got a pair. I don't know if anybody would be interested in seeing how these feather out if the eggs are even fertile. The oegb/ jap eggs are. Just don't know about the others.

If somebody wants to give them a try i'll add anymore I get today. I should get another oegb/jap egg. I collected the sizzles already today. I can get these out in the morning, tomorrow is day 4 unless I can get them in the mail today. All I ask is to chip in on the shipping. When whoever gets them will pay half the shipping to my paypal when they arrive. And please keep in touch to let me know how they do along the way.



The one up front is the white one laying. I thought she was a he because of the comb but boys don't lay eggs. Last I knew of anyway.
The white one looks similar to a Sultan but she's not. Her mother is Pricilla my white sizzle and the mother is frizzled and she also has a few black spots on her.

My internet is slow so I'll post when somebody claims them.

That space is certainly big enough for 13 babies. I do keep my Serama separate, they do get squished. As a matter of fact, I keep all my bantam separate. The LF chicks outgrow them wayyy to quick.
