I used some of the Creole seasoning that Lesalynn "added" to my swap for our supper tonight. Delicious!! I'll be trying the Herb seasoning with a roasted chicken later this week. I don't quite know what to use the Greek seasoning on yet.......any suggestions?!

do you ever cook lamb? or make a greek salad? or can put it in yogurt/sour cream for sauce on gyros

No lamb......DH doesn't like it.....but a greek salad with olives and feta is an option....just olive oil and vinegar mixed with the seasoning for the dressing?

Thanks Susan! We have a great gyro place here so I have no reason to try and "better" their sauce.....the dressing will be put to good use though! DH is funny......won't eat lamb/mutton but loves gyros........go figure........
