You all are so nice , I coudnt get anyone local except uncle dave for the cots to get the birds but there are three of you now willing to take some of my birds for me.THough shipping allways makes me nervous I know at least once they are there they will have the best homes they could have cuase we are all crazy chicken lovers I coudnt ask for better homes . Also I know you guys can post reports and pictures of my babies so I can see there happy . If it had to happen I am forever thankfull it happend with you amazeing people around. I didnt expect anyone to want them ,they arnt any fancey breed or show perfect there jsut fat child manhandled pets.

At last I am starting to get some eggs from the BBS, Lavender, & Black Orpington pens. I am checking fertility and hopefully can start filling some of my Spring swap eggs early for those of you that want them early.

I also put the Rhodebars in their breeding pen yesterday and got one tiny little pullet egg so hopefully only a few week on those. I moved the White Orpingtons, Crele Orpingtons, Birchen Orpingtons, Buckeyes, Welsummers, and all the turkeys yesterday also.

Legbars are still not laying. I got a few little pullet eggs and then nothing. Where are all the eggs I am suppose to be getting from these guys?

you have alot of gorgeous breeds that I want...you wouldn't happen to be NPIP, would you? I'm in VA and cant claim from anyone who cant ship here and it bites. LOL so I just have to ask...

Sorry, I am not NPIP. I say every year that I am going to bite the bullet and get NPIP but when I start thinking about testing 300+ birds and it seems too much of a chore. I know I should do it so I can start shipping chicks.
