Word of advise from someone who raises and shows serama's..... save your money and get a nice started pair, especially if you are wanting to show them at some point. Allot of serama's won't even come into maturity (for showing) until between 15-18 months old. Yes, they are hard to hatch as well, even at home let alone shipped eggs. I had a really nice typey hen (RIP Chloe

) that a year of trying to hatch her eggs only managed to hatch three, all ended up boys. Yes I do gamble on shipped eggs from time to time but at this point have had no success.

Just food for thought.

I have a friend here in NC who breeds Sumatras and several other rare breeds for Cackle Hatchery. Ive been telling him it would be good for business if he got on this website!

We are in NC.........where is this friend and do they sell?????? ship?????? I do think she'd be happy with leftovers at this point.........lol

All of the above I believe. I will ask him ASAP. He is in the process of having his first child, literally as we speak! His wife is being induced so it might be a few before I get back to you! I won't forget though.

This is sort of random but I'm throwing it out there. If anyone has an emulsion/stick blender (not cordless) or a decent salad spinner they'd like to trade for either side or in the thread I'm totally interested.

Also have a scuba roomba. It's basically a roomba mop. DH bought it for me and Ive used it once. It's just not practical for me with my little one running around. If you're interested in that let me know. I know it's a higher ticket item but I just don't need it. If anyone has a bator? Maybe to trade for or something like that. Again way out there but thought I'd just see if anyone might be interested.

Sonew, just candled the eggs from you, all are developing well.

I will say that i love our scooba beyond reason (we have all tile, i'd never be done mopping on my own).

SO excited! I have an EE Roo who is BCMxBLack Ameraucana. Has the best attributes of both breeds IMO. Well I've test mated him over a wheaten Marans girl and popped four of the eggs in the bator about a week ago and they're all SUPER viable! So I'm going to be hatching out my first generation of Olive Eggers

Just had to share!

I received the eggs from corancher and reesesilkies today. THANK YOU BOTH! The box from reesepoultry look like the mail had played "kick box", even though it was well packed, and only 6 eggs made it. The box from corancher was extremley well packed and would not matter if they played "kick box" with it. All eggs made it.
