Locked down my white silkie eggs from emvikery tonight. I candled and saw definite movement in ALL 9.

Candled sizzle eggs from westknollamy while I was in there..... 6/6 developing @ day 7.

OMG! WE have Chickie! I just got home and he is already half dried, and i have pips on 8 more eggs! so cute, must post pictures...brb

here he is:

His name will be pip, as i stood over the incubator tapping the glass chanting pip pip pip... pippa for a girl.
I'm pretty sure that its a buff orp, i have them all numbered and cataloged, but dumb me, i forgot to put the number visible from the glass. The chick and the pippers are all from Deb's eggs, still waiting to see if the marans developed.

just got a 2nd one, a RI named Red or Scarlet, gender dependent. Oh, and i have to fix my incubator, Pip just took a swan dive off the thermometer and into a crack between my wire cage and the wall....so hes down at the bottom....hes gonna be a little wet for a while, but atleast he'll be warm...maybe i'll make a little playland area under the cage, they can all hop down.
