It's what I wanted to do also. But I had an unplanned pregnancy at 19 yrs old and born when I was 20.

But I still love my son, I apparently wasn't supposed to be a vet cause every percaution was taken

. Who is now 11. Boy time fly's by.

Hence all the animals I have now. Not counting the chickens.

With the slew of seed catalogs coming in and the gloom of the day I created (with permission from Nifty) a seed swap page for all you gardening gurus!

BTW, I started out in college pre-vet, ended up with a degree in horticulture, and have been working as an air traffic controller for the past 22 years. Go figure. But as I get closer to retirement, I am going back to my roots (no pun intended) and gathering more plants and animals!

Started pre-vet. Finished BS degree in animal science and immediately started into nursing school. Graduated with BS in nursing. Been nursing for 11 years. Really wish I'd stuck to my vet medicine. I'm full of BS.
