I got my daughter the lasik surgery at 18. She was considered legally blind in one eye for the driver's test and her eye are perfect vision in both eyes. She never complained of pain but did have to wear sunglasses outside for about 6 months. Her surgery was 2000.00 Hmmm I wonder if they can charge anything they want from state to state?!?

I did not experience any pain either... 10-15 minute procedure, 2 hours of tearing ( a good thing, to help eyes heal) and I was out to dinner that night. Looking at everything with my NEW EYES !!

Cost was $1200, $600.00 each eye in 02. Used credit care, paid off in 1 year, no interest.
