Cute. Are they sex-linked? Every time I see a white dot on the head I think "is that sex-linked?" ha ha .
They have a little leg feathering too, huh? Cute, cute cute.

I don't know if they are sex-linked. If they are I have 2 of each

They are supposed to be bearded barred olive eggers and I just think they are so adorable!

Im pretty sure out of the two hens I have with this rooster one is going broody.. I do have one more splash hen but shes with my Coronation Roo so it will be a few weeks before I get pur eggs from her. Please let me know...

Nikkipar - tell your husband he is right. I contacted a Arkansas snake thread and they confirmed it was a young cotton mouth. Poisonous Ugh!

Well, they are Orps and they do broody rather well. PM'd you - not a problem!

That is one of the great things about living up in the cold and snow - no poisonous snakes. Unless you go to the zoo

There are rattlers in New York State. So cold is no guarantee against snakes. Actually, I think snakes are beautiful. Need more to control all these mice!
