I got chicken pox today and chicken eating watermelon, they are soo cool, thank you cross girl.

I also got bcm eggs coldupnorth and guniea eggs from corancher!!!

I finally figured out what I am sending my SSS. Yippee

I have eggs hatching this weekend from Marie, Heather, and I don't remember who sent me welsummers.

My goose is due to hatch her eggs any day now

Got my SSS from MaryRuthLangdon! It was a great surprise when we got back from our trip, box full of goodies! Thanks so much! I'm going to try and get mine out today or tomorrow hopefully! The SSS was a great idea!

I never knew ANYONE to be excited about getting Chicken Pox!

Ok quick question. I have only Black Pied Muscovy Ducks. So silly me I thought I could only hatch out Black pied Muscovy ducklings. But to my surprise I see under one of my broody girls she has Black Pied, White & Chocolate. Can this happen. Or is it possible that they have differant genetics in there blood but are Black pied.

I don't know about the genetics but I should have had you put a pair of those in my box.

I am not an expert. I have found that it is what is in the background. Like my white hen hatched a silver once and she was bred to the chocolate drake. We have a chocolate and white hen who we have bred to our chocolate drake, we will see what they have. We had a white drake at one time who mixed with our white hen they had a lavendar baby, a black baby, and then the rest where all whites. Before we hatched all those, I was a firm believer white hatched white......

These are the runner ducks that I hatched out about 9 weeks ago from MiMis_Place. I believe there are 3 ducks and 5 drakes. I am having a hard time deciding - which drake do you think I should keep?


and another look at a few... (Drake 1 has a partial poof on the side of his head that is hard to see in the photo) Drake 3 is the biggest and Drake 5 is the smallest (and is also lame at the moment - not sure if it is permanent).
