Has anyone had any problems with there messages. Today is the 9th I had 3 swaps of eggs I had set up to be Sent the 9th. I got messages from and sent them to one of the people but I haevnt heard anything from the other two altough they have been on and I sent them messages. I dont know if its the messages them selves and if I should post a message to them here or what. Any ideas. I Really really wanted to have all the eggs sent the same day sO they could be set the same day I am so done with staggerd hatches.

2hot2chicken Was the first . 6 silkie eggs and she was the one that said they would be sent the 9th so I asked the other two if they could send them as well.

They were both online today but I dont think they got my messages. I swear my message thing only works about 1/2 the time.
cjwaldon was the other and I honsetly dont remmber what kind of eggs I am getting from them but they sent them already. I hope the others have to . I dont know if my horrible luck with my last few batches was partly becuase all the staggerd hatching I had going on or not but I really dont want to stagger any more hatches .
ITs been 2 weeks and the brinsea people havent even looked at the brand new incubator I bought from them that broke the day I got it and I had to send back ...

She says he is busy and IM on his list..

REally a company that big and they only have one guy doing repairs .. And why the hell is he so freaking busy do there products break that much Other wise I could fit the eggs comeing in that bator and the rest when they got here but blah.

Thank you . My memory is so bad , I know I was excited about the eggs just coudnt remmber what they were. Just like i had to go thru a week of what ya got swap to find who was sapose to send me the other eggs .
Sometimers .. some times you remmber some times you dont ..

Thanks for all the reviews! I got a good flea shampoo today and I am planning to use it every 10 or so days (somewhere I read about a flea's life cycle that it takes 10 days for an egg to hatch and if you wash every week and a half it should kill the cycle?) and I got some Advantage. Is the Trifexis available at the vet and is it a pill or a treat-like kind of thing like the heartworm meds? I'm going to vacuum daily and comb him out daily until I don't get anything. Hopefully that will work for now until I can get him in at the vet... I just think this weather is not helping matters! I have never seen them so bad...

I agree with a comment that was made about this swap group. It's not like anything I've ever seen. You are all so caring and kind and it's so nice to be able to talk with you. I know I haven't been totally active with the swaps and chats, but I am thankful for you all!

Do NOT mix your flea products. This can cause very serious problems and even death depending on the dog. If you use advantage then do not wash the dog with flea shampoo. I was a dog groomer for 21 years and that is a no no. Too much of a good thing is always bad. You want to kill fleas when you vacuum then cut a couple 1 in pieces of flea collar and place in the vacuum. This will kill the fleas that you remove from your carpet. You can also use a heated carpet cleaner as the hot water or steam will also kill them and the eggs. I prefer frontline over advantage but to each their own. Read the instructions for the advantage. With frontline if you wash the dog you need to wait 3 days to apply it. I do not know how long for advantage. But please do not mix your flea products, use one or the other. Trust me one of my customers lost her dog and another actually lost her cat to mixing flea products. The poor cat drop dead in her tub from using dip on it. Her husband was putting some store bought hartz like product on the cat and it wasn't working so she dipped the cat it was gone.
