Ha ha...... Your too funny. My husbands jaw about hit the ground when the kids came running in the house and said " Look what we got daddy"

They have held them poor things all night. I just had to put them to bed and pry them out of there hands.

I am definatley looking forward to the swap next month. If it is late enough the kids will be back in school and I'll only have 1 to get ready. It took me forever when I got homw to get my truck cleaned up and the birds put away and there cages cleaned. Hubby was like you got a Peahen too....... But yet he was in the barn watching them.

I thought I was in big trouble for the bunnies. Nah...... He knows better. Maybe I will have some cuckoo's available next month Nan, then we can do some swapping.

I had fun, it was nice getting away from the house. You are too funny. I told my husband about how many birds you had to chase while we were there. Then I told him about the loose duck soooo many people were trying to catch.

Problem is, of all 5 of the darn birds I had to chase the past 2 days, I WAS THE 1 WHO LET THEM GET LOOSE!!!!

If I hadn't caught them I would have been in deep dodo!!! I'm sure you all thot it was hysterical watching me crawl under cars, trucks, vans & trailers chasing those darn birds

Next swap, I don't go without my darn NET!!!!!

YOU!!! I'm runnin on about 5 hours sleep in the past 2 nights!!! I packed up for the swap Thursday night til around 2:30am & took a "nap" til 5am so I could make the hour drive then spent Friday night in my car with a crate of babies above my head

NO sleep that way!!!!

Finally.................... I got my sewing machine working.

Geez, I never want to go through this again. Good Grief what a pain in the butt. Now to start making more saddles. I need to work on some for me also for my flock before winter hits. My serama like there saddles during winter time.

I need to get a pattern so MIL can make some for us. Yes, I quilt. No, I don't sew. I think the lousy HomeEc teacher had something to do with that!

That doesn't look like the Naked Lady's we get around here. Its like the most common flower in San Jose they pop up with nothing around them, most disconcerting!
