Yeah, it SHOULD, huh? I guess we'll wait at least a week. It's the penicillin and chlortetracycline that seem to be the sticking points. She hasn't had those for a few days, I know. So, we'll wait a week. UGH! Our first egg since dispersing the last flock over a month ago! I HATE buying eggs. So wrong.

done my first 2 swaps this morning, this is as addicting as the actual hatching,,,and thanks to the 2 swappees for claiming paypal, my post office is so hard to get to,,(heavy traffic area) with very strange hours...

[COLOR=008080]CrazyPet....  Seramas are hacthing. 5 out so far, 3 more pipped.  Those tiny little eggs are hatching, I have NEVER seen a chick that small, I am taking Quail small.  They are SO CUTE !!![/COLOR]

Be sure to crush up their food for them since they are so small and watch them with the watered I just had one take a swim, so I added marbles.

What do you do with a baby with an exsposed brain ? I helped him hatched and it wasnt tell he was out that I saw why he coudnt on his own.

Dh and I just got back from a road trip. I got 3 silver am pullets and a trio of bantam buff laced polish smooth roo over frizzled hens . And 2 white guniea keets a male and female judging by the noise they made on the way home.

This place had AMAZING birds. It's an awesome facility run by catholic brothers, they don't ship so you have to go to them

They had white LF Cochins, Barred lf cochins, white frizzled bantam polish, Russian orlaffs, none of these for sale though yet.

I can't remember what else. Unfortunately I was on a very limited budget. I only had some money i made chicken sitting to spend.

I had that happen once. It's so sad to see too. I culled it. It can't survive like that. So sorry.

Thanks so much. Ok sick about it I wrapped him up in soft tissue named him sweet prince and put him in w ziploc bag I thought I would throw up. I don't mind raising or trying to raise special needs babies but you can't fix what was wrong with prince. I has so shocked how long he was hanging on his brain was bleeding even . It's crazy the little ones with nothing much wrong but seem to give up the someone like prince who should die quickly but fight so hard.
